The body pressure monitor PROVINOXX has been especially developed for use in hospitals, retirement and nursing homes, psychiatric institutions, assisted living homes as well as for home monitoring.

PROVINOXX helps to minimize the nursing expenditure considerably. PROVINOXX alerts caregivers immediately as soon as the person under care tries to leave the bed.

Benefits for caregivers and residents/patients

While commercial systems usually issue an alert when the resident/patient has already left the bed, PROVINOXX alerts caregivers vastly earlier and the risk of falling is considerably reduced.

PROVINOXX alerts caregivers immediately, as soon as a resident/patient tries to leave the bed. This eliminates the need of nocturnal rounds and gives caregivers the time to manage other tasks.

PROVINOXX is a Swiss product and is manufactured in Switzerland. The high quality of materials and workmanship assure a long life and freedom from maintenance.

Simple installation

PROVINOXX is put under the mattress at the bedside. The pressure sensor has to be at the position where the resident/patient is likely to leave the bed. There is no time consuming adjustment needed.

One socket (left or right) is connected to the nurse call system; a commercial pear push button can be plugged into the other socket.

The incontinence cover protects the system against moisture. Finally, the fitted sheet is pulled over the mattress and over PROVINOXX.

If PROVINOXX is used without a nurse call system, the radio element (Transmitter) is connected to one of the sockets, while the radio receiver (bell) can be simply plugged into a power outlet. (observe radar range).

As soon as the resident/patient tries to leave the bed, an alert is issued, either via the nurse call system or via the radar bell.
